Oh no! We really hoped that you would love your item as much as we do however, we understand if you have a need to return an item that may be incorrect or faulty.
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please leave it in its original packaging complete with any accessories and tags intact and email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an authorisation number. Upon receiving your authorisation number, we will advise you to use registered post in returning your item. We don’t take responsibility for any lost items as this will result in a loss of claim. Once your returned item is received, Collective Harmony Australia reserves the right to inspect the item in question. We will then discuss a solution with you directly via phone or email. All items must be returned within 10 days of delivery in their original condition including accessories, tags, receipt of goods and your contact details.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please consider that most of our items are artisanal made and/or handmade vintage so any areas deemed faulty (discolouration, slubs in materials, slight imperfections, wear and tear) are what we refer to as ‘perfectly imperfect’ and therefore is in keeping with the unique nature and authenticity of handmade construction, design and craftwomanship.
